Who is the programme for?
Property owners who want to run their own Airbnb with practical guidance. We can help you prepare a new listing or improve one that is already live, with support focused on your property and experience.
What happens during the three months?
We set up or optimise your listing and guide you through pricing, guest communication, cleaning coordination and everyday systems. You put the advice into practice, with support to work through questions and problems during the programme.
How much does the programme cost?
The introductory call is free and carries no obligation. Contact Kyle for programme pricing and a clear breakdown of the support and any additional services. We agree the scope and fees with you before you commit.
Will you manage my property for me?
The programme is designed to help you manage your own Airbnb. We set up your listing and coach you through running it, while you remain responsible for bookings, guests and day-to-day operations.
Is photography or physical property setup included?
We guide you on preparing your property as part of the coaching. Professional photography and hands-on property setup can be discussed and quoted separately. We will clarify any additional services and costs before you commit.
Whose name is the Airbnb account in?
Your listing and account always belong to you. We set everything up under your ownership so you stay in full control of your property and its bookings.
What happens after the three months?
The aim is for you to continue hosting with the knowledge and systems you have developed. Your account stays yours, and you can keep applying what you have learnt to pricing, guest care and everyday decisions.
