Our website has no contact forms, accounts or logins, so we only collect the personal information you choose to give us when you get in touch. This may include:

4. Cookies, analytics and website data
Our website does not use cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools, and it does not create an account or profile for you. However, like most websites, some standard technical information may be handled by the third parties that help deliver the site:
- Web hosting: our hosting provider may keep server logs (for example your IP address, browser type and the date and time of your visit) for security and operational purposes.
- Google Fonts: our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address in order to serve those fonts. This is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
We do not combine this technical data with your identity, and we do not use it for advertising.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may share it only where reasonably necessary with:
- service providers who help us operate, such as our email and messaging providers;
- professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers; and

If you contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are also handled by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms. Any dealings you have with third-party platforms such as Airbnb are governed by those platforms’ own privacy policies, not this one.

Some of the service providers we rely on (such as email, messaging and font providers) may store or process data on servers located outside Australia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we securely delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
